=== Recommended Setup ===
For most users, configure your environment to use the shared HF cache for models/datasets and a personal directory for other files:

  export HF_HOME=/data/user_data/<username>/.hf_cache
  export HF_HUB_CACHE=/data/hf_cache/hub
  export HF_DATASETS_CACHE=/data/hf_cache/datasets
  export HF_HUB_OFFLINE=1  # Optional\

* Replace <code><username></code> with your actual username (e.g., <code>dvosler</code> → <code>/data/user_data/dvosler/.hf_cache</code>).
* Add these lines to your <code>.bashrc</code> on the login node or include them in your SLURM job scripts.
